Kin Wing actively utilizes various innovative technologies to enhance site productivity. For instance, 4D Building Information Modeling (4D BIM) is employed to enable virtual simulation of entire foundation construction processes. The project progress is simulated in a virtual environment, to facilitate the construction planning of each project phase, streamlining the workflow and spatial arrangements and further improving the site safety and work efficiency.
After construction is completed, 3D scanning is conducted on the site to quickly and accurately collect the site data and check whether there is any significant discrepancy between the constructed structures and the drawings. The results are presented to the owner and consultants in the form of a 3D Digital Point Cloud File, facilitating record submission and archiving.
