Terms & Conditions

• Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance

• Room rates are subject to 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax per room per night

• A HK$3,000 deposit will be collected upon arrival

• Drop By Dough / NOC coupon must be used before the expiry date; any unused balance cannot be exchanged or refunded

• Decorations, stickers, or displays outside the guestroom or in hallways are not permitted

• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. A HK$2,000 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected

• Confetti, flammable items, and candles are not allowed within the premises

• Please keep noise at a reasonable level and respect the comfort of other guests

• Extra bed available at HK$500 per night (subject to service charge and accommodation tax)

• Full prepayment required; booking is non‑refundable and non‑transferable
